Unable to create review for a SVN connected project in Eclipse

I have a problem creating a review through eclipse for projects that are connected through SVN. When I right click on my project (or specific file) and go to Team > Add to Review nothing happens (modified files not checked in to svn exist). I have tried re-installing everything and deleting all application data from my %APPDATA% folders and my user in my documents. I am using Windows 7 x64, Eclipse Indigo, Subclipse 1.8, CodeCollaborator 5.0 eclipse plugin. In the settings tab, the connection is successful to the server. For projects that are not connected to SVN adding a review through Team > Add to Review works just fine.
Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this problem?
