Thank you for the screenshot. To find out more about the issue, you can try running the Web UI Client in debugging mode [https://support.smartbear.com/collaborator/faq/how-to-collect-a-debugging-log-file-using-the-web/] while it is stuck in an infinite load. It should record some error messages pertaining to the main issue.
If you need more assistance, please attach that log file to this thread for analysis.
