Collaborator Client Version vs Server Version

Sorry if this has been asked already. We're about to upgrade our server to V.10.1. Is there a client version minimum that should be used? Or can as long as the client version is not greater than t...

Hello.

Collaborator server is backward compatible with a certain number of earlier versions of Collaborator clients. Namely, 10,1 server can work with 7.x clients.

You can check the Minimum Client Build setting of Administrator Settings to find the number of the oldest stable client application.

We've upgraded our server to the latest 11.2 version.

I noticed in the release-notes that it says that with 11.0, Collaborator no longer supports 9.x and older.

What exactly does that mean?

Clients 9.x and older won't work with 11.x?  Or will there be some funkiness if someone uses an older client version?
