Need a report of defects assigned to me
I need a report of the defects assigned to me. How do I get such a report?

one doesn't exist. You will need to develop one using sql (or the API).
This is based upon v14.0.14002
a newer version may have added or at least added the assigned field to be output in the all defects report (which you could then filter in excel).
