Is it possible to allow any user to reopen a review?
Currently in our installation (v13.10.131002) only admins can reopen reviews. Is there a way of allowing any user to reopen a review, or at least the author?
Yes, reopening reviews can be configured at the Template level. This is set for each Template in the Workflow settings at the bottom of the Template configuration. Selecting this option allows participants in the review to Reopen a completed review using the dropdown menu in the upper right corner, or by simply adding a comment to the review.
Providing this functionality at the Template level rather than the Server level has the added benefit of allowing only those who are participating in the review, to reopen it.
