In-Place OS Upgrades
Does anyone know if Code Collaborator (we are using v 14.X) supports in-place Windows OS upgrades (Server 2012 - 2019)?

Hi, Collaborator has nothing to do with in-place Windows upgrades. Yes, Collab V14.x supports Windows.
I suggest you please take a backup of Collab's existing data and then perform an OS upgrade.
