improvements since v.6.5 or change log

A few years ago, we installed CodeReviewer v6.5.6505.  I personally only used it a few times early on.   I now have a more pressing need.  I see it is now at v9.5.9500.  I am wondering what is new and whether it's worthwhile considering to update.

Does anyone know where I could find a breakdown of the versions?
