It looks like you have faced a known issue for the 10.1.10101 - 10.2.10200 versions (COLLAB-2236). It was fixed in the latest release (11.0.11000). As a temporary workaround before the upgrade to 11.0.11000, you can try to downgrade to the previous 10.0.10000 client version:
