Code Collaborator Change Applicaion Owner Steps

What all needs to change when changing owner and group of the application from ADMIN1:ADMIN1  to   ADMIN2:ADMIN2  or similar????

 

sudo chown -R ADMIN2:ADMIN2 ccollab_server

 

Restarted Code Collaborator as new owner.

What am I missing?
