Can't setup Collaborator with RTC SCM system

Hello. I tried to configure Collaborator Community 10 with IBM RTC using the following guide: https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/80436/ . Unfortunately I can't see the 'Rational Team Concert' ...

    Well, it looks like it wanted Enterprise license, and it doesn't support RTC for Community. Also it looks like SmartBear has poor documentation since no information about it.
