I have to specify my local Appium server URL. Where/How can I find the URL?

Launch appium from command prompt, you will see in the command window a message that says:

Appium REST http interface listener stated on "Your APPIUM IP":4723

Note the address (with the port number "4723" which is the default port) and enter that into the parameters window in TestComplete.
