Floating Point Licence

Hello,



We have a problem with limitation of concurrent users. We bought the Floating Point Licence of AQTime, but only one user can work with the AQTime at the same time. We are getting message "All Product Instances Allowed by Your Licence Key Are Already Running." In Administration Option is limit = 1 for our HASP Key ID. How we can increase the number of concurrent users? Thanks...

    Hi Marcus,



    If you purchased a Floating User license for one AQtime instance, it's expected that you can run the product only on one computer at a time. If you want to launch more AQtime instances, you need to buy additional licenses.

    Hi, thanks for your response. So there is a option to buy floating point license for more instances? I can not find it on your website.
