When profiling Visual Basic applications, AQtime does not display class names for allocated objects. This is mentioned in the Allocation Profiler - Analyzing Visual Basic 6.0 Applications Help topic. So, Alex is right, you need to check the call stack in the Details panel to determine what source code line caused the leak.
