New Firewall Rule Needed for InSite/Private Node Customers

AlertSite is making a change with Remote Access involving a different endpoint and IP. You will need to update your firewall/proxy rules for InSite and Private Node outbound communication.

 

This action needs to be completed by October 18, 2018.

 

Customers need to ensure that outbound traffic is permitted on Port 22 to insiterepair.jupiter.alertsite.com (35.171.105.191).

 

Please keep your existing firewall rule for outbound traffic on Port 22 to the current endpoint:

insiterepair.alertsite.com (209.156.160.90)
