How do I get data older than 3 month
Hi, I need to collect data for a report that stretches longer than 3 month. Is there a way to output data for longer that the 3 month? Thanks, GJ

By default your AlertSite account includes 3 months of data retention, allowing you to run live reports on historical data up to 3 months old. You can increase the data retention period for a fee, contact your account representative t on pricing options.
Also note that any report you run and manually save in the Documents Manager is retained indefinitely. So you can still pull and view reports that were run with data prior to the retention period, you just can't run the report live if the data included is older than the retention period allocated to the account.
