Zephyr Test import - error uploading the file

Hi Team,

I am trying to upload the test case via excel but getting the below error
Zephyr Test import - error uploading the file

"prod-play.zephyr4jiracloud.com error uploading the file".

Kindly check and let us know how to avoid this issue
