unable to Import test case from Jira UI

Hi,

We are trying to import an excel sheet from the Jira UI, an error occurred with the product / client name, because we do not have a mandatory field for the issue type Test.

Note : And also when we are trying to import the files from utility we are seeing an field called "Externalid" as we checked in our instance we don't have name with the field but since it was showing in the utility JIRA Field.
