Adding Test Details e.g. Test Authority, Test Environment and Test Test Browser On Exectuions Page

Hi,

it would be very useful to view the the test authority,test environment and test browser and labels in the test executions page (the actual execution page of a test). Not sure if you can do this already? Also I think improvements need to be made to the test executions screen UI
