i have copied the content in a new "UltraEdit" Text file and it works.
I think the error is with the Windows-Excel csv export

It looks to me that your file contains a semicolon ";" separator when it needs to be a comma ","

it is allowed to upload a csv file with semicolon within the upload dialoge.
I have cange the file and the dialoge to comma bevor posting this topic, same error.

Of course 🙃. I don't think it's anything to do with the content of the file. It's the file itself. I have replaced your file's data with data from a file I have imported and I still get the same error, so that leads me to believe that it's not the content.
