Test Cycle Names missing on Test execution scorecard gadget

I used to be able to see Test Cycle names on my Dashboard (using the Test execution scorecard gadget), but since implementing permission and issue security schemes they are no longer visible.

I did try resorting back to my original schemes but they are still not showing up....

Any ideas?
