All data deleted after upgrading to v8.0 via Jira/Atlassian

After upgrading "Zephyr - Test Management and Automation for Jira" via Jira/Atlassian all of our data has been deleted from Zephyr - tests cases, cycles everything

The app showed as disabled, but after re-enabling nothing was brought back. I tried using links that I had saved elsewhere, but these cannot find the test case etc.

I tried adding a new test case to see if this made anything happen, but again no luck.

Any ideas on how to get this back?

    Got the same issue upgrading to v7.0.0 in JIRA a few days ago.
    Did you manage to understand what the issue was and fix it?

    I currently have an ongoing case regarding the issue

      Hi.

      Yes, we did in the end - took around 5 working days. The upgrade re-pinned our location from one location to another. We had to contact both Smart Bear & Atlassian to resolve this issue as it required input from both of them and new releases from Smart Bear. (They had also seen it before)

      I would contact both of those if you haven't already. You can use our ticket/case IDs as reference to help them along:
