Performance issue

Hello,

We are using zephyr in jira to manage our test, and we have recently migrated from a local jira to jira cloud.

We notice performance issue when we have migrated and since a couple of day we have strong performance issue and specially when we want to execute our test plan. 

I have seen on zephyr main page that actually there are some trouble. Could we have more information (why ?, when it is planned to be fixed ?, good practice to improve performance ?).

    Hi,

    Just for info, I've not observed any performance issues and I use Scale every day.  Perhaps it's related to your location or ISP.  You've created a post to the Zephyr Scale User Community, but what I think you need is to contact SmartBear Support - they will be able to answer your question.
