Zephyr User set up- Default Roles not displaying in drop down

When creating a new role in Zephyr Enterprise, I am only able to select 3 roles (dashboard, Admin (custom role) and manager-global repository apps. Where are the other selections, as there are at least 10 roles within the customization/roles screen?

Anyone help with this pplease?
