Zephyr User set up- Default Roles not displaying in drop down

Hi,

The roles drop down in Zephyr User Set up menu is not displaying all available roles. The only roles I am able to choose from are dashboard, technical admin( custom role) and manager-global repository apps. How do I fix this issue?
