Unable to create test case from rest api using java

Hi Team,

I'm able to create test case using zephyr standalone with postman, but Unable to create test case from rest api using java.

I'm getting error in connection time out . Can you tell me why i'm getting error.

    It would be helpful to have more details regarding your system environment. Maybe your java client is behind a proxy, hard to tell anything without more details.
