How do I select a item in the DevExpress IStripPopupMenuOwner object using C#?

I have a 'dropdown' in the WinForms application implemented with a DevExpress IStripPopupMenuOwner object.

I don't see in the TestLeft Spy any methods to click or select an item.

Please can I get a working example on how the select a item from this list?
