Lost Big Picture - C# generated XML doc file

I just read a blog (https://itnext.io/setting-up-swagger-in-a-node-js-application-d3c4d7aa56d4) and want to implement swagger into my existing node project. It seems like that I have to write js doc on the top of my routes and models. Is there any open source tool can help me generate that doc automatically?
