Force New Version Creation Anytime Swagger is being updated
I would like to know the way to force version creation whenever a change is made to swaggerhub

There is no way in the application itself to force this behavior. You could use the registry API to create new versions if you'd like but you would need to examine your business process for an appropriate time. ( for example, create a new version when an existing one is published).
