Who knows how to: Configure WSS for AWS Product Advertising

Hello!
I tried to make SOAP request to this old AmazonWebService: Product Advertising, but it doesn't work because it needs of a configuration so as to use X.509 certificate. I could not achieve this configuration.
Someone had to do this configuration with soapUI?
