To set up the soap Lab for load tetsing..wt is the preferred hardware for 400 us

To set up the soap Lab for load tetsing..wt is the preferred hardware for 400 users..
when ran it it, it is halted always in the mid way and the system CPU reached 100%. Can any one suggest me the memory consumprion  for 1 Thread.
