TIBCO SOAP over JMS using EMS issues

I have downloaded SOAP UI 3.5.1 installer which has support for JMS and tried to test TIBCO BW SOAP over JMS example and got into the following
1. Concrete wsdl can be imported succesfully, but the SOAP action was not read correctly from the concrete wsdl. The example had /QueryBooksByAuthor as soap action value, but SOAP ui was setting the operation name as the value.
2. When no destination is selected for replies, the request has replyTo value set to null, generally if no destination is specified for request reply, a unique temp queue is generated.
3. When i specify a static reply queue, the reply is not read from the EMS Server, its left in the queue and i dont see any response in the SOAP UI.
Could you please suggest any solution or let me know if these are already known issues.
