Some characters is being corrupted during property expansion

Having set the following property value (Properties Step):
keyword=Prière

and following HTTP Test Request:


       

I'm getting wrong "raw" request body:

Content-Length: 683



       

Is there something I've missed in request options/somewhere else?
SoapUI 3.5 Beta 1 on Windows Vista.
