soapUI on Server

We are trying to do POC with soapUI for REST service. The application URL we want to hit through soapUI is on another remote machine (based in Netherlands). Our team is working from India. Is it possible to install soapUI in remote machine and access it similar to how you use QTP/load runner. If yes, How many users will be able to access the tool at same time ?
