soap ui not open in windows 10

i  had install SOAPUI  and its never open always open the load screen and never change and mouse keep buffering when i hover with it on the load screen , i have tried to run from cmd to see the log file and this what the response :

    Hey mahammad,

    What version have you installed? The logging from the detail you provided appears to indicate v5.5.0.

    Some of the logging appeared to indicate a file couldnt be created properly when you launch. Id double check you have appropriate permissions to install properly into the program files directory.

    Later on in the logging it appears to indicate it was finding ????? as your profile name. That surely cant be correct.

    There's probably some other problems in there i didnt spot. I'd try removing v5.5.0 and downloading and installing the latest version 5.6.0. and see if that fixes things.
