SOAP UI 5.2.1 install freezes

I am installing 5.2.1 on a 32bit Windows 7 machine. The initial panel appears and I click Next but nothing happens. If I try to kill the process in Task Manager it says the install process is not complete yet, but if I press Continue there is also freezes. Has anyone else seen this?
