Running wsdl file in local machine
I have got wsdl file and xml file how do I test vulnerabilities for these two files using a local server like wamp...Please help I am a newbie to SOAPUI.....

Please see this page to get started on creating a new project from your WSDL and building a test scenario (unless the "xml file" you mentioned is already a project created using that WSDL): http://www.soapui.org/Functional-Testing/functional-testing.html.
Then you can see this article about Security Testing: http://www.soapui.org/Security/getting-started.html.
