Repo missing AnalyticsManager (com.smartbear.analytics.AnalyticsManager)

Where can I find this? 

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.smartbear.analytics.AnalyticsManager$Category

There are so many issues with this repository, surely I'm not the only one having trouble getting this to build.  I've had to add tons of dependencies to the pom.  Shouldn't the repo build as is?
