Property Transfer : How to get it work correctly ?

First of, thanks a lot to the eviware team for this great tool : I use it a lot to test my webServices
! (free soft, v4). But now I would like to push it a little further and use it
to test load my services and see if they're ok when loading may become an issue.
I got the free soapUI soft (v4), and I made a very simple test case. I want to use one of the response of my let say "method1", and put it in the request of my "method2".
However it seems I am not doing this properly, as my method2 always gets a null value in its request field.
I tryied to do the same with a webService I found on the web (http://www.webservicex.net/airport.asmx), and I get the same result (see the screenshot attached).
In the property transfer window I always get "NULL" in the "transferred values" field (as you can see on the shot).
Do I have a problem with my XPATH ?
Or maybe I am missing a step ? (I set-up some properties in my case; values that won't change and will be passed on to the method1).
