Newbie question - how do I deserialize SOAP message

I'm a complete SOAP noobie so I apologise if my question is stupid.

I have a wireshark trace taken from a SOAP client (a TR-69 client). I am trying to check the structure of the message to make sure it is correct (as the TR-69 server is sending back an error).

Can I use soapUI to "parse" the message to make sure the structure is OK? Can it then also extract the XML for me to check its structure?
