MQ Header information using SoapUI

Hello, All,

I had configured Hermes to connect to a MQ Server using this tutorial here http://hermesjms.com/confluence/display/HJMS/WebSphereMQ and it's working fine.

That said, I'm not being able to set the ReplyTo header in the "JMS Headers".
As I am using the MessageID pattern, I must set a queue destination at the ReplyTo header in order to get the response sent back at the reply address.

Where do you set the ReplyToQ and ReplyToQMgr properties in order to get this right?
Could anybody share an example?

Also, where are the origins of the informations that build the "JMSXUserID" and "JMSXAppID" header fields? I was not able to find nor myself or override them in any way.
