Maven archetype for creating plugins not found

No archetype defined. Using maven-archetype-quickstart (org.apache.maven.archetypes:maven-archetype-quickstart:1.0)

Who faced this problem?
Spend our trying to fix it.(

I use this command

 mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=com.smartbear.maven.archetypes -DarchetypeArtifactId=soapui-plugin-archetype -DarchetypeCatalog=http://www.eviware.com/repository/maven2
