Many Items in Response -> Error but HTTP log looks ok

Hi,

i have a web service response which contains ~ 250.000 items. I´m getting the info message "Error getting response for [...]; null".
But the http log look ok. I see the complete soap body / envelop. Maybe somebody have an idea what the problem is?
