Loading Salesforce Tooling API WSDL results in errors. What is the fix?

Hello.

I exported the Tooling API WSDL from Salesforce (see attached)

And upon loading the WSDL from File->New SoapUI Project there are errors.

There the string IDREF,IDREFs does not in the file.

What should I try next? Thanks.
