Just a question

Hi Ole,

I want to automate our regression testing using SoapUI 2.5.

I just have one question in mind.

1. Can SoapUI invoke the web service we are testing as if transacting from the software application itself?

    Hi Combes,

    I'm sorry, I'm not really sure how you mean :-) Is this not just sending a standard request from a soapUI TestCase?

    You are correct, this is just a standard request from SoapUI test case.

    By the way, I want to add the attached wsdl on my test case, but encountered some error. Can you help me on this?

    Hi!

    the WSDL contains a "version" attribute on the root definitions element which isn't allowed, if you remove it the import seems to work fine!

    Thanks. I was able to load the wsdl file when "version" attribute was removed.
