Is it possible to change the WS-security configuration in runtime ?

I have a working WS-security configuration (mutal certificate,inbound,outbound) on my SOAPUI project. In my testSuite where I also use groovy script a call  against a serviceEndpoint works.  Now I want to call another serviceEndpoint in same project/testSuite that needs to use a different client certification for outbound signing. Is it possible to change the WS-security configuration in runtime ?
