Interface Definitions

Where are the WSDL parts defined?  Schema, etc

I've taken  a DEV project, updated the WSDL URL and all of the endpoints to reflect the testing project (environment), yet when I examine the "Interface Viewer" I see the WSDL URL is updated, but the "Definition Parts" still reflect the DEV environment

I've searched through the original project xml, but can't find any trace of the DEV WSDL, not even the port which changes between DEV and Test

How do I update the "Definition Parts" to reflect the updated environment?
