Install Windows ZIP package without JRE bundled

On the download page for SoapUI at https://www.soapui.org/downloads/latest-release/

The 5.7.0 package for "Windows Zip (64-bit Java not included)" just takes us to the .exe installer which includes the JRE bundled.

There doesn't appear to be other methods available on the web site to access a Windows based SoapUI without the bundled JRE.

Is the package for "Windows Zip (64-bit Java not included)" still available?

Asking as JDK 16.0.1+9-24 is not approved to run in our environment but the JDK 17.0.3+x versions are and already packaged for deployment on our SOE machines.
