I get an unexpected element: CDATA error when I try to load the sample WSDL

I am new to Soap-UI and I can even get started. I used the basic example. I started a new project then tried to import the sample WSDL but I get an "Unexpected element: CDATA error" . Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong? I have the proxy setting set to none already.
