How to reorder Transfers in a Property Transfer test step?

If I need Transfers to be performed in an order that differs from the way they are presently sequenced, how can I rearrange them?

For example, I have these Transfers:
  CustomerID
  Customer

I find that I now need to transfer Customer before I transfer CustomerID. Without deleting these two Transfers and recreating them, how can I move Customer above CustomerID?
