how to globally change the project wsdl definition

how to globally change the project wsdl definition when the soap project with its test suite and test cases are being used on different environment (different endpoints)

I find that I could update the definition on individual service binding but how can I dynamically or single update so that
the definition will update all service bindings within my project and also update the definition in the project main xml file.
